  • Submitted works (articles, essays, diagrams, drafts, and related content)

We may store contributor data and content securely in our editorial systems and CRM for up to 7 years, for legal, editorial, and archival purposes.

Contributors grant Postnoted a non-exclusive license to use submitted materials and associated personal data for the purposes of publication, distribution, and promotion of the magazine in both print and digital formats.

We do not sell contributor data or license submitted materials to unrelated third parties.

Contributor Rights

Contributors have the same GDPR rights as readers and subscribers:

  • Access, rectification, deletion (where feasible), and objection
  • Request corrections or updates to biographical details or links

Please note: once material has been published, it may not be possible to withdraw it from copies already printed or distributed.

  • Contributor/editorial correspondence: retained for archival and editorial reference
